Krista started working for Dunkin' as a team member at the Clairemont Avenue location in Eau Claire, WI. She was promoted to a Shift Supervisor and took on Assistant Manager duties while going to school for technology; she then continued working for one and a half years while doing a tech internship.
When Krista was offered a position to help support administrative functions at Tmart, she took it — ultimately growing into a role supporting administration and operations with technology. She is training certified in Baskin-Robbins, Dunkin’, and A&W. She looks forward to providing ongoing support to our company's executives.
Traci joined the TMart team in August 2012 as crew for the Gammon Road Dunkin' opening in Madison. Over time, she grew with the company, ultimately opening the Stoughton location as General Manager in July 2018. In August 2021 she became the Field Marketing Manager.
Some of her best moments throughout the years:
Traci has three kids: two stepsons and her newborn baby girl. They are her life outside of Dunkin', and she loves to spend time in nature exploring new places with them.
In Traci’s own words: “TMart is a family-based business and has always emphasized work-life balance for all staff. That is a culture that permeates from the top down. As a new mom, I have felt great support from the company while I figure out my new life.”
Maureen is TMart’s first retiree! She first joined Dunkin’ when she retired from doing construction work but still needed an income. As time went on, she grew with the company — she was a machine guru taking calibrations, cleanliness, and safety to the highest standard.
Maureen was beloved by her community. She’s been like a mother, mentor, friend, and counselor all in one to many younger employees — and many customers asked for her by name!
Outside of work, Maureen loves cats and has a passion for animals in general.
Abby started working at Dunkin’ at age 16, using her first paycheck to help pay her family’s electric bill. She later went to college for Criminal Justice — but as she continued to grow with the TMart team, she discovered her passion for training and developing people, ultimately changing her degree to Business Administration.
By age 22 she was General Manager at the Lake Delton location. A few of her best moments:
In February 2020, she attended Baskin-Robbins training and became Regional Supervisor at the age of 25. In Abby’s words: “I have learned so much from the entire leadership team. With Dunkin, I have found a second family. It is not just a job for me.” Outside of work, Abby is married to her husband Brad (whom she met working at Dunkin') and they have two dogs and one cat. They enjoy every minute they get to spend with their pets and families.
